I read the review posted by another party and was disappointed that they would denigrate a local branch because of their lack of understanding and because they had problems with one individual in a company. You can hold philosophical differences with a company, that's fine; you are free to choose to go with another company that tells you what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear. I've been a client of this specific firm for over 15 years and am impressed with the professionalism and care with which they approach their comprehensive financIal planning. It does not sound like the issue even originated with this office, so why lay the blame at their doorstep? I'm very confident, if you would have contacted this office, they would have explained the process to you so you wouldn't have made hasty and costly mistakes. Yelp should be more responsible about approving reviews which are not even associated with a specific location. I've always encountered a very professional group of advisors at this office.
