The installed a heat pump into our existing forced air system. Their price was about the same as other companies, but the careful analysis the did on selecting the right system was really helpful in ensuring it was done right. Installation crew was excellent. Customer service and maintenance have also been excellent. Friendly and responsive!
😀 The installation crew (Dominic, Julian, Pedro, Manny and) for Electrify My Home installed our Heat Pump and Hot Water Heat Pump. They were all cordial and courteous, they worked clean and informed us continuously about the work they were doing. We found them personable and friendly, and the systems are all up and running. We have had the system for several days. Today was the first cold day (37 degrees F) and the rooms heated easily with little noise or rush of air. So far we are satisfied with the installation and very pleased with all the crew members.
EMH has patiently seen us through our heat pump HVAC changeover from gas in our vintage home. Once we established our goals from several options they suggested, they efficiently and professional have taken us through the installation process. Thanks to them, good for Earth, great for us.
