I noticed a one star review for this shop that was entirely incorrect. I was there that day getting my hair done by Ms. Sarah. The events happened more or less as described but this reviewer fails to mention that she was with another stylist in this shop. Not actually a client of Decontee. I felt badly for the stylist; this customer was frustrated and took it out on the stylist, Pam. In the end, regardless of the turmoil she put her through the end result looked good. I don't believe she ever thanked her as she angrily walked out of the shop. If you're looking for braids, twists, crochet services Decontee does a good job!
Went today cause my friend told me they're the best in the Bay. From what I seen today, including my hair, these ladies know exactly what they're doing. They do an amazing job. As soon as I walked thru the door, I knew they were amazing. Just listening to them talking, telling stories, while my hair was being braided, was such a good experience. I'll definitely spend my money w them again.
