I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jim at CRC for going above and beyond.

He took the time to help me work through a bid that he wasn’t even planning to take on, and still offered valuable insight to help identify weak points and improve the overall scope. That level of professionalism and willingness to help speaks volumes.
