Very disappointed. The entry was cramped and dark, doors were chipping wood, dirty premises overall, spider webs and debris on the floors, and the doctor didn't even introduce herself when she came into the room - just went directly into doing a checkup. This was my first time and only time there. My animal was to have a procedure the following week and I cancelled it because of my concerns on cleanliness and worry about sanitary materials. I'm surprised they are still in business with all these violations.

Had a pleasant experience today at this clinic. It was our first time coming here. All staff and doctors are very nice and accommodating and have high respect to their customers. Thank you for helping my dog and being so patient. We will definitely come back here. This will be our vet clinic from now on and forget a bad experience with Barney and Russum clinic.
