They do excellent pedicures but I felt the experience with the manicure left something to be desired the polish job was subpar and I was left with streaks on a ombré polish I had asked for and the person doing the manicure kept trying to lift the acrylic from my natural nails it was painful and left me not wanting to go back for my hands again but my feet I don't mind at all

I brought my 90 year old Dad here on a busy Saturday morning and they were very kind. All of the utensils were brand new as well as the massage chair. We both had pedicures and the materials used were top notch (jasmine scented lotion and bath scent). The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was because we had made an appointment but had to wait 25 minutes for service.

I've been coming here since December and it was a 5 star up until my most recent visit. Thai has done my nails twice, gel manicure and I loved it. It would last 3 weeks. I loved how she soaked them off and did not buff my real nail bed with the drill or file. I came here a few days ago on a busier day, a man did my nails this time. First thing he did to remove my gel is the drill. I absolutely hate that. He buffed it twice with the drill and then used a file to buff my nail to make a rough surface I assume so the gel can stay longer? 3 days later almost every nail has broken and chipped because he thinned out my natural nails so much.
