Tenant complained of a shower faucet leaking. Called All American Plumbing & Mechanical and got an appointment. The owner came over and checked out the faucet and cleaned it out and it worked again and didn't even charge me because he said it just took 15 minutes and nothing had to be done really. I offered to pay him and he said it was totally fine and just to call him next time. I definitely will.

Save your time and money when replacing a faucet. Purchase a new one at home depot/ Lowes and have them install it for $99. They will over charge you with the labor then they will tell you they gave you discount.
