Raphael is a gifted massage therapist. I've seen many and he's one of the best. As a woman, I usually prefer to see a female massage therapist, but I am completely comfortable with Raphael because has clear, positive energy and is empathic and intuitive when it comes to touch. He balances strength and gentleness as he works, so I leave the table feeling like I got a great, deep massage, but I also feel relaxed and mellow. Raphael was quite aptly named - his name was also shared by the Archangel of Healing and means "God Heals"! Well let me tell you, his parents hit he nail on the head. Both me and my boyfriend have been getting massages with Raphael for about a year at the recommendation of several of our friends. He has an incredibly healing touch and a unique ability to be gentle and yet firm at the same time. You can tell he's strong, and yet is so communicative that he only uses that strength for the appropriate pressure depending on the work needed. My BF likes really deep tissue and I need a little more gentleness in areas, and we both walk away from our massages feeling amazing....read full review
