Nora is the best! Her intuition never ceases to amaze me as she navigates her magic hands to all the right places with just the right pressure. I was fortunate to find Nora a few years ago before I became pregnant, but having Nora for regular pre-natal massage throughout my pregnancy has been such a gift. Her massage is truly healing and will leave you feeling elevated.

It is best know for it's long flowing strokes and quality of touch and contact. Each session is unique and tailored to what is needed in the moment. I combine Esalen massage with deep bodywork, Thai massage, energy work, Reiki and my practice of presence. My sessions invite a deep sense of relaxation a fuller sense of fluidity, spaciousness, vitality and well being. TRE Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises are a set of 7 simple to learn exercises that help your body remember it's natural capacity to shake off stress.
