Gary came out to inspect my deck and let us know it’s in good shape, with about 10 more years of life left. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't try to sell us on unnecessary work. I’ll definitely call him again for any future decking projects.

We needed a new deck so I had three deck companies come and give bids. All had good reviews on Yelp. All three had similar opinions on what would work, what we should avoid, and other considerations when it comes to how much we wanted to spend. In the end, all three bids had similar parameters, but Arrow came with the best price. Also, they could start quickly, within 2 weeks, while the other two wanted two months to start. The job took less than three weeks and it looks great. If I saw something I wanted to change, they did it immediately without any pushback. Arrow was recommended by our realtor who knew of them from another client and knew their work was solid. It was a little challenging at first to get hold of them but we finally did and hired them to replace our deck. They did such a phenomenal job and they were so amazing and professional that we kept them around for an extra couple of weeks doing extra projects around the house on our fencing. Their pricing is fair and competitive and outlined up front. We were more than happy and would hire them again for projects in the future.
