I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The space is clean, modern, and relaxing. My stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions. The end result turned out even better than I imagined—my hair feels so healthy, and the cut/style is perfect. Damaris is the best!!
What I also appreciated was the attention to detail and how professional yet friendly the staff were throughout the whole visit. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy.
I LOVED my experience with Alanna? She not only fixed my (very?) messed up haircut from a chain salon, but she made sure I was comfortable and happy with every change she made. The layers from the previous salon were chopped uneven, leaving a horizontal line on the side of my head and even a hole in my hair ?. Alanna sat down with me to make a game plan, addressed all of my concerns, and took the time to blend my layers beautifully without sacrificing any length, which was very important to me. Have had nothing but amazing experiences here seeing Alanna Galathe. She did my hair and it turned out fabulous, but more recently she did a curly cut on my daughter and made the entire experience so special. Not only did my daughter’s hair turn out just how she wanted, it also gave her such a confidence boost. She walked out of that salon with the biggest grin and a pep in her step. Alanna was so sweet too, she really focused on what my daughter wanted. My girl is a bit shy, but Alanna put her totally at ease- finding the perfect balance of keeping the focus on her but comfortably so.
