By far this Midas is the most honest and reliable compared to other places I've been. Thier front office and service techs are very knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done. Cody has moved from one Midas to another and I have followed him and will continue to do so. The guarantees they have on the work they do is a big plus.
I will never take my car to any other auto shop. They are very thorough and explain everything. It's a place I trust. The staff is amazing, they will answer any questions you have. The service tech we had was and always is awesome, all the service techs are awesome, and very knowledgeable. Cody took care of us, can't say enough good things about him. Trust is hard to come by, but Midas on Greenback has mine.
My father, Kevin, had a appt scheduled today a 1pm at Midas. He is older with diabetes and cant sit for long periods of time. Haris was his advisor and Mike was his technician. They were able to get my dad in and complete his oil change in under 20min. He was very pleased with there work and would highly recommend using midas to anyone. Thanks again midas team
