Awesome experience with Larios Roofing. A long time friend recommended them. We contacted them and heard back right away. We sometimes have difficult work schedules and they worked around our schedule to come do an estimate. We didn't have any leaks but were finding pieces of shingles after each storm. Our gutters had lots of shingle material in them. To make matters worse, we had a large sag on the ridge. James assured me that it wasn't as big of a deal as I was imagining. We scheduled a start date and they were here and ready on that day. They took plenty of before, after, and during pictures. Found the problem with the sag and repaired it. The attention to detail making sure our yard decorations were protected and everything being cleaned up afterwards was impressive. And..........no big surprise when the final bill came.

Great experience with James, Tobin, and their team. From the beginning, James explained my options and their process in an easy manner and were very flexible with my schedule. Work was done on time and as promised. The crew was prompt and kept me in the loop the entire time. Five stars and a recommend.
An absolutely fantastic company to work with! They installed a new roof, fixed the dry rot and installed new gutters. The crew was very professional, punctual, polite and cleaned up every day. I can’t say enough good things about this company and everyone in it. After all work was done I had one gutter that was slightly slow draining and they came back and fixed it the next day. They really went the extra mile on the entire job to make sure it was perfect. I almost wish I had a second roof just so I could give them more business!! Thank you!
