Erin is amazing. She helped me with pain that nothing else was helping, and taught me a lot about my body in the process. I've seen her both for recurring headaches and for mid/lower back pain. She focuses on connective tissue, and works in ways no one ever attemped on me before. I've seen her four times now and will certainly keep going.

I regularly see Erin Halk for orthopedic bodywork. If you’re looking for a real healer who actually addresses the root cause of your discomfort and heals it, you cannot go wrong with Erin. Her work is incredible—definitely not always comfortable in the moment, but that’s exactly why it’s so effective. She has a real skill and gift for locating the problem and relieving it. While it can feel intense, you walk out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely relieved.

Erin did an amazing job at identifying and addressing tight/painful problem areas for me. I went in for my back and shoulders, but she also discovered a lot of tension in my hips and neck. As soon as she started working on them it was like she was scratching the itch I didn't know I had! It wasn’t until she started that I could say “Yes! That’s a place of chronic discomfort!” but I would not have been able to pinpoint it myself. Right away I had a wider range of motion in my neck and could feel a huge difference in my back. I slept like a baby that night because there was no uncomfortable positions. Such a good experience.
