John was very informative when I first called. I got the feeling right away he really knew this trade, and this was confirmed after the repair. We had an old diatomaceous earth filter and blown waterfall pump. The filter was in a really cramped space but he managed it well, first explaining his plan then executed it well. The waterfall pump was connected to an outlet that was shot so he replaced it as well. After a week he followed up to make sure it was still good. I'd highly recommend John as he did the job well, was competitive with his quote and went above and beyond to make it right.
Wonderful service. He was able to tell us what was wrong based on photos and we ordered the part and had it repaired in less than a week. He also checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still good!
I called Bruce who was highly recommended and we live in Galt. He doesn't service this area but he is such a gentleman I would highly recommend him. He helped me on the phone for a long time and told me what to do and how to do it and he was right. Everybody else I talked to wanted to change my motors 2500+. He knew what the problem was right away a capacitor explain to me how to do it! I was able to get it fixed with the help of somebody else but if it wasn't for Bruce I would've been screwed over.
