It must've been 8 o'clock at night 2008. I accidentally deleted all my Favorites. Ryan came out at that time of night. I got my Favorites back. Ever since, I only rely on A Better Computer Doctor for all my electronic issues. Mary is a sweetheart and absolutely delightful disposition, not to mention her professionality. One extremely important aspect of A Better Computer Doctor is that Ryan doesn't do 'guess work'; he knows what he's doing. I used this service from my work computer. A tech came out the same day and fixed the problem. When there was another issue tech came out again ASAP and resolved.

Was very flexible in my appointment time and had an extremely quick turn around time. Will come back again with any other computer needs.
