I called to see if I could get in at the last minute. Laurie was able to get me in and I got exactly what I wanted. The salon smells lovely, none of the yucky smell you might have at other places. I absolutely love my new hair. So glad I didn't have to resort to my husbands clippers. ðŸ˜
