Front end staff was super friendly. I was placed in the exam room at my exactly appointment time. The medical assistant was relatable. The doctor reviewed my information and answered all my questions. The doctor was delayed w other patients which can be expected in the late afternoon.

It took me longer to get to the office than it did to complete the visit. I walked into the office went to the back with the technician, I guess, she put a telephone ? On my shoulder turned a few buttons and said see you in 9 months.

Dr. Botzler is extremely professional while kind and comfortable to talk to. He asks questions about my health and answers my questions easily. He makes me feel valued as a person as well as a patient. The office staff are friendly and helpful.
