Very fast response. He does NOT travel to you any more but works from home. Rich was able to fit me in the same day for a windshield repair. He even accepted my insurance! Great experience!
Rich did such a great job. To say my SUV was covered in dog hair is an understatement. Rich took care of my vehicle, I didn't even want to get in it because it was so clean. I will definitely return.
I got a rock chip in my windshield on my way back from a trip. I used Yelp to get a quote and Rich responded that he could get me in tomorrow afternoon. As promised, I pulled up and he was waiting in the driveway for me. Fifteen minutes later I was driving away with a fixed windshield!! That is service!! I'll only go to him with my windshield needs.
