Myrtle Avenue Veterinary Hospital is a small animal veterinary facility that provides exceptional care to pets. The staff is gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring pets feel comfortable during their visits. The doctors and employees are praised for their hard work and dedication, especially during the holidays. While some customers have noticed inconsistent front desk service, the hospital's overall care and expertise have earned it a loyal customer base.
The hospital offers a weekly shot clinic that is convenient for pet owners. The staff is wonderful, and customers feel the team truly cares about their pets. Customers have had positive experiences, with the veterinarians and technicians providing high-quality care and treatment, even in emergency situations. One customer noted an injection that has given their 17-year-old Corgi mix a new lease on life, allowing the dog to move more easily.
Been seeing these guys for my pets for years. My late cat, Oliver received the best care possible, especially during his last few months with me and my dog, Astra. And now, Astra, has been seen by them ever since I got her. She has received the best care, from proper referrals for her bilateral surgery to remove bone splinters in her elbows, all the way to preventative vaccines, dental care and more. I have never had an issue at this vet and will gladly continue bringing my pets to them for care. ❤

We've been taking our cats to Myrtle Avenue Vet for over 30 years, and they have always received excellent care. When we have had the need for an urgent visit, they've gone out of their way to fit us in. The day that I write this review, they worked our cat, Tucker, in for an urgent visit to remove grass caught in his throat. Through the years everyone, from the front office staff to the vet techs to the doctors, have always been kind, friendly, and and appropriately concerned about the welfare of the cats we have been lucky to have in our family over the years. I highly recommend MAV to anyone searching for a veterinary hospital for their furry family members.
