The staff went above and beyond. They were so gentle and knowledgeable that my chiweenie had his claws trimmed WithOut sedation!!! Love to Dr Richardson and all the great vets and employees he has assembled in this new beautiful facility! Thank you for the years of doctoring in Humboldt.

This is by far the best hospital ever!They are kind, patient and willing to help you and your pets needs!The Dr.s and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the hard work the front staff does especially during the holidays!Great job Myrtle Ave Vet!

We've been going here for years. The doctors have always been great with our 2 cats and my mom's dog which is why we keep going back. Although a star lost as I agree the customer service at the front desk is not good. I often find the staff short tempered, frustrated and seemingly in-crisis. It would worry me if I left my animals for extended periods of time. Not all of them but enough that it's noticeable and consistent.
