Had a really excellent experience with Moreno's Painting. They had the most detailed estimate with everything I had called out in the request. Luz and Rudy were great to work with and they do top quality paint work, and I had them do some fence and other odds and ends that all looked fantastic. 100% will be using them again in the future.

My Victorian rental was very distressed 25 years ago when my husband and I bought it. He promised me and my father he would paint it, as the exterior wood was rotting. Now, getting the house listed to sell, my realtor told me it may not be eligible for a conventional loan for a prospective buyer because it was in such bad shape. Desperate on a weekend, I did a google search and she was the only painting company open. She returned the call right away, came out to look at the house and gave me a bid that was 1/2 the price of what I had been quoted several years back. AMAZING SERVICE! Called a few companies an Luz was the only one to answer my call. You could tell from the get go that she cared about my needs, and was willing to come out on a weekend because we were in a major time crunch. The service was very professional, high quality workmanship, and completed faster than I expected. Other contractors were weeks out, she took care of what I needed in just a few days. HIGHLY recommend. And thank you so much for your help!
