They don't clean the Jets in the pedicure station , over priced, rushed through the pedicure, reused disposal tools. Gross gross gross. Looks like the place is falling apart. The floor is rotting. Worest customer service ever!!!!

Staff changes often, and the services aren't the greatest. I've had massages, manis, pedis, and my hair done all sorts of ways here. I stayed with my stylist for almost a year before she left too. The women are generally nice but there's a feeling of laziness and lack of care, I feel. I haven't been back in almost a year; I hope its changed since I last visited. The Aveda tea is super amazing however!

Just drove by the spa to make appts for gift certificates my husband and I had. There was a young lady waiting by the door. She said she had worked there for three years and that the owners told all the employees yesterday to get all there supplies. She said they left town. She was waiting by door to let her customers who had appts today know what the circumstances were. We are out $250 for massages we didn't get. Mad as hell. How can people be so corrupt???
