CityBarberShop is an excellent barber shop with the feel of an old-timey men's club. The barber provides great haircuts and beard trims, and is especially great at answering any questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very enjoyable to chat with, and responds really well to input. He absolutely cares about his clients and loves what he does. Customers describe him as the absolute best, a great barber, and an erudite gentleman. The shop is a go-to spot for haircuts and shaves. Treat yourself to a shave with warm towels and a straight razor, which is an awesome way to spend an hour. Many clients are frequent travelers who find him well worth the wait. He is the standard that clients judge all other barbers by, thanks to the awesome haircuts and great conversations.
As a frequent traveler there, I only just learned that most barber shops in Eureka are by appointment only. Bill was the absolute best and well worth the wait. He's also a very erudite gentleman who has worked in several fields over the years, and very enjoyable to chat with.
