The owner and his girlfriend and super friendly, down to earth, and cool people. They don't have too much equipment but have everything I need. Offer different types of training with a variety of different personal trainers. They also have a cute dog and little baby there.

I started going to Alpha Fitness Clubs Just after my 42nd birthday back in august of 2021 and have been a member ever since. I truly love going to the gym now. It feels like I am a kid again getting to maybe run into a friend between classes. Sometimes all my favorite people are there all at once and it feels like a gym party. I have trained with Ross Walker for over 4 months and he has helped me grow to a place that I did not know I was capable of. On top of my self confidence being higher than ever, my strength and overall look has got me very excited. And to think this is only the start of my journey. I am 40 years old and a Disabled American Veteran and I would like to throw out a HUGE shoutout to my personal trainer Tyler and the people at Alpha Fitness for providing unparalleled opportunities for my personal growth. These amazing people lead by example, the message is in the median. I had been working out on my own for 3 years prior to purchasing the 20 session private package and I’ve grown exponentially both physically as well as mentally. This is more than I ever expected and I am truly grateful for each lesson as I will use it to propel me towards my purpose. The most valuable investment will always be the investment into ourselves.
