“I'm in town visiting my mom, and yesterday, I went to another nail salon after making an appointment, and I sat for 30 minutes before someone said no one had time to see me. I was very upset and sad. Today I decided to try Natural Nail and Spa, since I always see it when I'm in town, and it's close by. I AM GLAD I DID!! I was greeted immediately, and she got me in right away! Helen did a great job and I felt pampered and cared for! Thank you for helping me have a better day!“

“I've been here twice and both times my nails and toes looked great! Maggie did a wonderful job with my tangerine nails - first time I've tried a design! Kevin did a fabulous job on my pedicure and his massage was excellent. The salon is clean and everyone is kind. The experience was efficient but not rushed. I don't like spending hours and hours in a salon, so I appreciate how thorough yet efficient the nail artists are! The lady at the front desk had me send a pic of what I wanted to confirm that they could do it, which I appreciated because it shows they respect people's time! In my opinion, the prices are quite reasonable as well. They also offer a loyalty punch card for cash-pay!

Just got my nails redone by Maggie and my toes by Becky (Kevin was booked). Both were great again and so sweet! Maggie did a fabulous job with my really random design request and Becky did a wonderful job on my toes.“

“This salon has been my destination a couple of times, and the salon owner is very welcoming with great service. “I’ve had a great experience at Villaggio Nail both times I’ve visited! The service is fast and efficient, everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Everyone has also been very friendly and welcoming.

My only disappointment is their loyalty points program. I wasn’t aware that you only receive points if you pay with cash. This was only my second visit and no one had previously explained that policy to me. Both times I’ve come with my mom and we’ve spent over $160, so it was disappointing to find out that none of those purchases earned points simply because we didn’t pay cash. I think this policy should be communicated more clearly to customers, especially since it’s supposed to be a loyalty program.
