I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!

Amazing cake decoration from Corina and Ann. I mean wow!! I'm so happy Ann suggested for them to make a freshly baked carrot cake which is my girlfriend's favorite. They decorated it with flowers, and even wrote " !" Which isn't the easiest thing to do and did it perfectly. Christmas Day is her birthday and I am so proud to be able to give her this cake that Corina took the diligent time to decorate!! Thank you girls.

My sweetheart and I took our six year old grandson into this Von's location in North Escondido in search of Pokemon cards which we found out were all the rage, in demand and basically sold out all the time. We were frustrated by this futile hunt for the in demand cards, when we found the vending machine that dispenses these cards, naturally everything was sold out. We asked a store clerk by the name of Anna who told us it sells out all the time but if we came back in around 20 minutes, there's a chance that they might begin vending certain cards again.
