Ty Joao was phenomenal. Very professional and personable. Spent way more time doing the “routine service” then I was expecting and even helped soften the blow on a replacement unit I knew we needed. Assuming we go forward with the replacement, it will be because of Ty.
Called and got both a water tank inspection and HVAC-A/C inspection. Thought both technicians were knowledgeable and straightforward, so I set up a partnership and the small amount of repair to the A/C was completed on the spot.
