Dave Shannon, sales representative and co-owner, arrived promptly and immediately set the tone with his friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable approach. He took the time to understand our needs and made excellent shutter recommendations. The quality of the product truly spoke for itself. After taking precise measurements, our installation was scheduled approximately 2.5 months from the date of purchase, which was clearly communicated and well managed. On installation day, co-owner Wade Gallison and Edgar Gonzalez, the installation manager, arrived with a positive attitude and the utmost professionalism. Their care and respect for our home stood out—especially the thoughtful detail of wearing protective booties, which we greatly appreciated as a household with a baby. Wade took the time to show me how to properly clean the shutters and even provided additional replacement materials. We selected the Premier Solid Poly Shutters with 4½” louvers in Pure White, featuring the Invisible Split Tilt System. The shutters were installed in our living room, office, daughter’s bedroom, and primary bedroom, along with a faux wood blind for our kitchen. The cost of the shutters was reasonable. The results have been outstanding. The shutters have significantly enhanced the beauty, comfort, and overall value of our home.
