Melinda did my hair for 18 years while in San Diego, California. She is great and knowledgeable! The first time I came to see her was while she was still working at JCPenney Salon at North County Fair Mall--a letter day for the beginning of a beautiful friendship. She listened intently to what I wanted to be done to my hair and took her time--never rushed you out the door! Made a card for me with all the details and never asked my preferences again, ever. She is a very intelligent conversationalist and I learned a lot from her. If you ever experience a bad "hair day", go see Melinda. You will be glad you did! If my memory serves me right, Melinda has been doing hair for almost 50 years and I miss her ministrations and friendship immensely as I retired in 2011 and am now living somewhere else. I just took my super picky 15 year old son here to get a hair cut. We saw Shelby and she was WONDERFUL!!! She listened carefully and took her time, and my son is thrilled! I totally recommend her and the shop. Betty the owner is super sweet too and has a ton of experience so I'd go to her as well.
