These guys are great at trigger points and getting muscles to relax. You need to stretch and strengthen good posture muscles after the massage to get the benefits to last longe . Great go to place.

I've been coming to So Relax for nearly 7 years. In 7 years, I try to go to one particular person, John. John's massage is great if you can get him, otherwise they send him to all the county fairs for extended amounts of time. If not it's a crap shoot depending on who is there. Unfortunately I went yesterday and the the guy shook me, jabbed into my rib cage and didn't even massage my neck or shoulders. I had to pay another guy to re-do it altogether, it was a total WASTE of my money. My solid complaints in 7 years: 1) clean your restroom 2) tell the guys to take their strong smelling lunch outside 3) make sure all of your therapists know how to massage properly otherwise you will LOSE customers Other than that, if you get John, the guy with the glasses, or the newer one with a buzz cut, you'll be fine.

I am 35 and play in basketball tournaments regularly. Either before or after a tournament - sometimes both - I go in here and they have always done a fantastic job. I feel like a new person afterwards. The full body plus foot massage gets me back to feeling 100%. I am in so much pain following a tournament. Shoulders, back, ankles, feet... pretty much my entire body. Getting massages here helps me heal quicker and takes away the pain. Yeah, they don't speak a lot of English, but I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to relax and feel better. Both of those are accomplished. I I'll be back. Again and again and again.
