Sal was great! My 12.9” iPad Pro was water damaged and wasn’t turning on. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and didn’t make any unrealistic promises just to get my business. He isolated the power issue and was able to get it repaired at half the cost of what one of the big name stores would have done it for. For those wondering “is it worth the money to repair or should I just buy a new one?” My experience with Sal is that it is absolutely worth considering a repair. Sal is the best! He fixed my phone quickly and without any problems. He even helped my son so that we didn’t have to do a repair on his phone right away! I won’t ever go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and take your repair needs to Smili Phone Repair!
