I have been in the position at least five times where I needed Kemper Appliance's Expertise to repair one item or another. I've never been disappointed and I never felt like I got ripped off.
I was completely impressed with Kemper Appliance!!! I called on 1/19/24 and they were able to schedule me immediately for Mon 1/22/24 at my home in Encinitas.... Omar, the tech, showed up within the promised time window of 10-12, was able to diagnose the problem and fix my front loader..I was so happy!! :)..he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable...even dog friendly!! :) I would be happy to upload photos if your portal allowed.. I would recommend Kemper to anyone!!
