I wish I could give 0 stars. I've never experienced a more rude and childish group of people. The low level employees are cowards who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and the owners wife (who answers the phone) is delusional and has an attitude problem. An employee hit my car in a work truck, and rather than accepting responsibility for a simple mistake, he opted to lie to the insurance companies and claim he was never involved in an accident.I tried to do the right thing by NOT calling the police, only to find out later that this was a crucial mistake. Wish I could give zero stars. Receptionist (who claimed to be the owners wife and refused to give her name) hung up the phone the first time when I called to get a quote. I called back and she was extremely rude when I was asking for help. When I asked for an email she told me ‘I didn’t need it’, I asked to speak to Ron (president of the company) and she told me I ‘didn’t need to talk to him’ and when I asked for her name she said ‘what does it matter to you?’ I asked her if her boss knows she speaks to customers in such a way and she said ‘my husband is my boss so what do you want?’ NOT a good look for a business to have the front answering desk be...read full review
