I always say Dr Rickards saved my life! When I went into him I was physically broken, I was beginning to be homebound due to all the neurological symptoms I was having. I was off work as a nurse because I could not do it and I was devastated because I love my job. I had already been seeing another Blair Chiro who was helping some but Dr Rickards is top notch!!! He is so precise, gentle and he cares about you so much!!! He got me through the worst time of my life and I will forever be grateful!!! Dr. Rickards is in a league of his own. Period. And just so you know, I have seen Blair Upper Cervical practitioners for the last 10+ years in LA, where I normally live. For the last 6 months I lived in the San Diego area and Dr. Rickards was recommended to me by another UCC chiropractor. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO FINALLY HEALED ME.
It turns out that I was not holding my C1 alignment for more than 10 years, is because my C7 (a lower cervical) was out of alignment as well... and the two cervicals go in lockstep together! And just so you know, my C1 misalignment causes me anxiety, depression and insomnia. It's a big deal!!!
