Rehab United in Escondido has made my recovery from injuries quicker and less miserable yet again. This time it was a crippling stiff neck and a nasty hamstring pull. Driving was painful because there was no comfortable way to sit in the driver’s seat and stretch out my leg to the gas pedal. Driving was also unsafe because I couldn’t turn my head to look around for other cars or people.
To the rescue came Christine! In just a month I have full mobility with no pain. I also have a set of exercises to keep from getting into that uncomfortable situation again!

Just completed my last session with Bre, such a supportive staff and friendly atmosphere. Everyone in there, cared about my success and encouraged me along through the process. Bre was very to the point with me measuring and tracking my progress, which was great. My mobility is back and I’m on a path of recovery. I might do another one off appointment in the next few months if my pain comes back, but I’m very happy with the progress and looking forward to more healing thanks to the team especially brief for all her hard work and kind attitude. Great experience highly recommend.
