This company was very easy to communicate with and very efficient. I called on Saturday and got a preliminary estimate right away , Alfonso came on Sunday to our house to give a final quote and on Monday morning the guys were already working on our palm trees. All done and cleaned up in 3 hours like promised.
I call the tree service to get a bid on removing dried fronds from my palm trees. He, Alfonso, was able to give me a price over the phone. Yes, I sent him a photo of the palm trees. The next day Alfonso came out and gave me some advice about the condition of my palm trees to which I agreed. Their work is professional, safety minded and conscientious. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful experience with this company and they are definitely our new first call for tree work- cannot recommend Rainforest Tree Service enough! Owner is very knowledgeable and made really great recommendations for how to handle the 10+ years of deferred maintenance on our property. Work was completed very quickly, and the crew really went above and beyond what I was expecting for clean up. You would barely know several trees and a ton of pruning was just done- so happy with how the yard looks after. Everyone was very polite and kind from start to finish, price was great. Thanks again!
