We had a plumbing emergency and Vincent came out at 8:00 pm to investigate and set up a work order for the next day. The work went well and the office and technician communicated with us throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

It started with a leaky garbage disposal that need to be replaced. That leak caused mold and moisture between the walls(not good). Quick Dry was recommended by the plumber. Sergio came out to the property, did his assessment, contacted me( I live out of the area) and explained every step of the process in a very professional manner. He was able to answer my questions and assured me he informed the tenant of the process of getting rid of the mold, and drying out the area in question. The next day, Robert brought out the dryers and set them up in the areas that were wet or had moisture.
