Karen is an absolute magician when it comes to hair. I have tons of hair that is thick, medium length and dark. She preformed absolute sorcery on my hair, she gave me exactly what I wanted and it even exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted and confirmed everything with me before moving forward. She connected with me and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful by the end of our appointment, she works fast too! First time every going to get my hair done! I was nervous at first but Karen is a hair goddess and made me feel super comfortable and confident. 10 out of 10.
