It’s hard to put into words how incredible Mandy is! Every time I come out of a session with her, I feel changed. It’s not just bodywork, and her knowledge of the body is insane. I’ve been getting bodywork for 20+ years and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Not only that, but every time I leave feeling, seen, supported, and safe. I’m reminded how much my body does for me and how much I’m doing in my own life. There’s truly no one like Mandy, I’m so grateful for her and all that she does.
I have been going to Mandy over a year now. From prepared to get pregnant to being mom. I only trust Mandy to be my massage therapist. Her calming energy are able help my anxiety, body aches and lack of sleep. During my pregnancy, I was able to relax and prepare my body for natural labor. After received an induction massage on my 39th week from Mandy. About 2 days later, at my OBGYN appt, the doctor was shocked that I was 4cm dilated without any pain. From contraction to labor, it was only 8 hours. It is my pleasure to have Mandy with me throughout my pregnancy. She is definitely a heart to the hand.
