This location ruined my hair. It was my birthday weekend and first time going there and I asked the hairdresser that I didn’t want to compromise the length. I just wanted long layers. She cut all of my hair off to chin level and put the first layer at eye level. When I confronted her and told her that this was not what I wanted and I even showed her again a picture of a previous cut that I had, she smirked and said… oh it looks the same. Totally baffled. I now have to put my hair up in a clip or at least attempt to hide this atrocity. Truly saddened by this.

Came Here for a haircut and there was 2 people ahead of me so I patiently waited and another gentleman came in and I guess he was friends with the lady or a relative I don't know point is when she finished cutting the person's hair she completely ignored me and and started serving the other guy that came in! This is ridiculous! I've been waiting for 30 mintues and you're not going to attend me?! This is terrible service! Go elsewhere if you want good customer service

They have horrible service they gave my son a bad haircut, so I took him back to get it fixed, the lady told us to come back in 2 hours so we go back in 2 hours and she looks at us like all mad and tell me oh I'm still going to take a long time. So I obviously ask how long? If you told us to come back in 2 hours and she tells be me well I'm behind. So when she gave him the haircut the first time she wasn't behind but since she had to fix what she did wrong she was behind. I just took my son somewhere else. She just lost about 4 customers cause my sons dad and my daughters would go there. Wouldn't recommend them at all
