Kennedy Pest control comes out monthly to spray around the house. The service man is polite, always announces his presence, and is accommodating on the rare occasion that it is inconvenient for him to spray. Kennedy has been helpful and has accomplished rat control. Also, they email to let us know they are coming for the routine visit, and ring the door as well when they arrive. And…. No problems at all with ants, and rodent problem is resolved.
We've been using Kennedy Pest Control for almost 20 years in our current home and for several years before that in our last one. We started the service as my wife doesn't do things that crawl well, especially spiders. They come monthly and will treat the inside of the house on request (no extra charge) or if we get an infestation between visits will come back for free. That said, we've never had to have them come back. Our regular tech, Stephen, is great. He checks with us before he starts, asking if we have any issues we need him to address, again, very rarely. Had first service from Kennedy after they acquired Schaeffer. Stephen did a very thorough job of preventative work and was extremely professional. Will look forward to continue to work with them.
