Alex who came out was great and Jd has been a great communicator. They had to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency and they communicated with me early and got my appointment moved and reset. Emergencies happen and how they communicated with me and got me back on the books 2 days later, that showed a lot of integrity and how they care for customers and how important the customers time is. Thanks guys

We are so pleased with our experience with John's Screen Service. We had screens repaired and replacement screens made for our entire house. The whole process was great. Lots of clear communication and we felt the price was very reasonable for what the quality of work.

John screens was great! They even offered to have a come back in an hour and a half and pick up two big screens they had done for me. I chose the black color and I'm really pleased with it. And thanks to the young man who was working the desk
