So I schedule a quote, sent photos, they responded with an appointment time and date. 3 hours before the appointment they said oh sorry we don’t do stamped concrete. I took the day off and now wasted a day of my time. Beware when corresponding with them. This last minute cancellation cost me several hundred dollars. Their pictures of work look good and I hate to bash small business but this is ridiculous. My loss is your gain.

Failed to show or call to cancel the first appointment. I messaged them 30 minutes after the appointment and got what appeared to be a sincere apology for the mistake. We booked for another appointment for the bid. The contractor failed to show or call to cancel again. I tried to call the main number, and there was no answer. Clearly, the apology was not sincere and they do not value their customers if they can't manage their appointments or be decent enough to call people if they need to move their appointments.
