Think twice before giving Gina or her father a dime. GSC does not stand behind there work . There is no 15 year warranty. They talk a lot of bullshit. They took or $20,000 plus dollars came back a couple of times to repair some areas. It started going south about a month after they finished . It has been a couple of years we have been trying to get them to replace or reimburse us. Crickets on their end. Our backyard and pool coping look terrible. They are crooks. Nicole B

The finish has continued to crack, and we pretty much given up, trying to locate these people. I will try repairing it on my own I suppose. Cross your fingers for me. It's a shame because we spent a lot on refurbishing our entire patio and this flooring cover has really been a letdown.

Failed to show or call to cancel the first appointment. I messaged them 30 minutes after the appointment and got what appeared to be a sincere apology for the mistake.We booked for another appointment for the bid. The contractor failed to show or call to cancel again. I tried to call the main number, and there was no answer. Clearly, the apology was not sincere and they do not value their customers if they can't manage their appointments or be decent enough to call people if they need to move their appointments.
