Green Coast Building Services

We have been with GCBS for just over a year. We purchased our commerical building and GCBS was referred to us by our PM in the early stages of construction. Although we received 2 other bids, one of which was competitively priced, the decision was very easy after meeting with Leo, the President and CEO. His committment to his business can be understood clearly when you get to interact directly with him or his employees. Our building is a better, cleaner and more enjoyable place to work becuase of Leo's committment to his clients and to his employees.

I absolutely love working with Green Coast Building Services. Leo Garcia is a business owner who cares about the quality of service and he will make sure the job is done right each and every time. Their prices are very fair and he always leaves my tenants very happy with their cleaning.Try them out and experience Green Coast Building Services. You will not regret it.
