I recently started seeing Dr. Charles Basso with Grand Dentistry as my new dentist, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Walking into his office, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure I feel at ease. From Shawna at the front desk to Sonia, who is my dental hygienist, and Sidney, who is Dr. Basso’s assistant… They are all so great!!! Dr. Basso himself is simply outstanding. Dr. Basso has always been the best Doctor I have ever had. Every employee is so nice and very professional. The facility is clean and inviting. I’ve been going to this office since I was 12 and now my kids go to this office.
The front staff are very welcoming and friendly. They breakdown everything that you need to know before and after seeing the dentist as well as pricewise. They follow up in a timely manner with appointments. The dentist was informative and kind throughout my tooth extraction and I would highly recommend anyone to come to this Dentist 5/5 for sure ? Updating this review... still a solid 5/5 great service, was seen and tended to as quickly as possible for my crown that came off and great service from everyone, if there's any dentist you should check out please do come to Grand Dentistry you will not be disappointed!
