I'd used these people before, once they came on a service call from Sears to repair my washer. The young mand did a great job. He gave me his card, and a couple of years later, I called, and his father-in-law came and repaired my refrigerator and did a great job. I called again, the mailbox was full, so I sent an email, which the phone message suggested, I received no response from the email; I called again, same thing, no response, mail box full, called again and texted, which the message suggested, and no response to the text. This is the second missed service call. I'm making sure Sears finds a different subcontractor next time. You can't even call them directly since their inbox is always full.

Technician took apart freezer to find out what's wrong and said he needed approval from home warranty to fix. Home warranty hasn't heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars.
