John Scrivano was very thorough and addressed my concerns. He listened and help me get on my way to checking off all the things I need to take care of. His Assistant Ruth is also the best. The office is older and needs a little bit of updating but not a reason to not go there. I will be returning to establish with one of the physicians.

I like my doctor, and the location is convenient. But why is it that in 2023 I can't an appointment online? Why do I have to wait 10 - 20 minutes each time on the phone? This is my biggest pain point and the reason I am looking to go somewhere where my time is valued.

I have been going to this office for a long time. Always get great service from Dr. Haffie. Always appreciate the great care they provide. Very convenient location off El Norte Parkway. Clean office and well organized. I highly recommend this office.
