We are so happy that we found craftsman plumbing and very pleased with the quality of work, response time (leak in the wall that required emergency service), and presenting immediate solutions for solving the leak. They were very easy to work and gives me peace of mind that we have a reliable plumber that we can use and recommend to others.
Juan did a fantastic job. He was professional and knowledgable in removing and replacing the faucet appliance in the kitchen. You should be glad to have an employee like Juan at your company. He is a real asset. Oh and I spoke with others in my my housing area. He was incredibly fast at his work too.
I called in after hours and was routed to a person pretty much immediately. JJ was assigned to the case and showed up at the house within the hour as promised. He quickly applied a fix to allow me to have water overnight and promised to return the next day to complete the repairs.
JJ arrived the next morning on time and handled the repairs quickly and professionally. His attitude was great and he was a pleasure to work with.
The repairs in my case was a replacement of the irrigation hook up to the main line after my kid drove over it. I give Craftsman 5 stars for their work but reserve a 0 star for my kid's driving.
