I walked in with zero intention of buying a vacuum and came running back the next day to grab a Sebo X4 at a price we couldn’t beat.
Junior helped us from the very beginning, starting with a phone call before I even came in which he was professional and incredibly friendly. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and patiently walked us through every vacuum we had questions about. I was immediately drawn to the Sebo X4 for its small footprint and brand reputation. Then Junior tossed some fake fur and pellets on the floor so we could test it out ourselves and really get a feel for all the vacuums. This place is just the best! They are super helpful, they’re super knowledgeable and the service performed is absolutely worth the cost. My vacuums were having problems and they cleaned them out replaced filters with a routine vacuum servicing. When I came back, to pick them up, they explained to me why the vacuums were having problems and showed me how to care for it on my own.
Five stars! I’m very impressed and will definitely be coming back.
